The RLF3000 is the full-body panel in the Dermfix RLF range. It stands 150cm tall and 42cm wide, which is enough to cover a standing adult from shoulders to ankles in one position — front, then back. Nothing is repositioned mid-session and no area is treated twice by accident.
It runs the same seven-wavelength engine as the rest of the range. What the extra size buys is treated area per session, and a deeper control set built around 11 preset modes and three programmes you can save yourself.
Measured output
90 mW/cm² at 15cm, measured on a Hopoocolor OHSP350IR spectrometer.
Wavelengths
Seven wavelengths across 600 dual-chip LEDs, each independently dimmable from 0 to 100%:

Wavelengths can be run singly or in combination. Most users work with red and near-infrared together; the blue channel is separate and is not required for a standard session.
Controls
A touchscreen on the panel and a handheld remote give the same functions. Dimming runs 0–100% on each wavelength. Near-infrared pulsing is adjustable from 0 to 9999Hz. The timer runs 1–30 minutes and shuts the panel off at the end of the session.
Eleven preset modes come loaded on the panel. Each one is a fixed combination of wavelengths and intensities, so a routine can be started from a single selection rather than dialling in seven channels by hand every time. Three further slots are left empty for you: set the channels how you want them, save the arrangement, and recall it later. On a full-body panel used by more than one person, or for more than one routine, having settings stored rather than rebuilt each session is what makes it practical day to day.
The LEDs are flicker-free, which matters if the panel is used in the same room as a camera or by anyone sensitive to light modulation.

Mounting
At 150cm and 21.5kg the RLF3000 is a floor-stand panel. Four stands take it:
| Wide base stand | Castors and a 50kg capacity. Rolls out of the way between sessions. |
| Pneumatic floor stand | Foot-lever height adjustment from 97.5cm to 136cm, and holds the panel horizontally or vertically. |

Very happy with this red light panel. Actually I would say better than expected for the price, and feels like already having a positive effect on my muscles and skin. Would recommend.

I am very happy with the unit, but only giving 4 stars because I just wish it had been a bit cheaper really. It was a lot of money, so I just hope it lasts but I guess 3 year warrnaty is better than the usual 2 you get :-)=

Ich verwende das Panel seit ca. 14 Tagen mit fast täglicher Anwendung. Bis jetzt hat mich alles rundum überzeugt: Bestellabwicklung, schnelle Lieferung und die sehr sichere Verpackung bei einem so großen Gerät. Die Verarbeitung wirkt äußerst hochwertig und stabil. Besonders positiv finde ich die gleichmäßige Ausleuchtung des ganzen Körpers. Erste Effekte bei Muskelverspannungen sind bereits spürbar, und ich gehe davon aus, dass sich die Wirkung weiter verstärkt.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät!
Angeschafft habe ich es mir vorerst zur Unterstützung der Muskeln nach dem Sport, bin aber in den letzten 2 Wochen dazu übergegangen es in meine Morgenroutine mit einzubauen und habe zumindest das Gefühl dass ich energiegeladener bin. Werde es auf jeden Fall weiterhin benutzen und weiterempfehlen!
I have had this Dermfix RLF3000 unit for nearly a month and it’s been a game changer in our house! I use whenever I have a spare 10 minutes and it seems very powerful, and I feel I have more energy after using. Seems a good robust construction so hoping it lasts a good few years!!

I use my evening routine of about 10 minutes of red light therapy and wouldn't want to miss this moment of relaxation. The Dermfix red light panel appears to be very well made, was incredibly easy to set up, and I hope to enjoy it for a long time.
