Das Dermfix Halo ist ein berührungsfreies LED-Panel für Gesicht, Hals und kleinere Körperbereiche. Anders als eine Maske liegt es nicht auf der Haut auf: Das Panel steht auf seinem Ständer in kurzem Abstand zum Gesicht. Es entsteht kein Druck auf der Haut, zwischen verschiedenen Nutzern muss nichts gereinigt werden, und es lässt sich für Hals, Dekolleté, Hände oder ein Gelenk ebenso leicht einsetzen wie für das Gesicht.
Es ist das kleinste Gerät der Dermfix-Reihe und das einzige, das auf einem Hautpflege-Wellenlängenset basiert statt auf der Sieben-Wellenlängen-Technik aus Rot und Nahinfrarot der RLF-Panels. Während ein RLF-Panel eine Körperregion behandelt, ist das Halo für die tägliche Anwendung im Gesicht gedacht.
Wellenlängen
Vier Wellenlängen auf 240 LEDs, wählbar in vier Kombinationen über die Handfernbedienung:

| 630nm | Rot, sichtbar. Wird in der Epidermis und der oberen Dermis absorbiert. |
| 850nm | Nahinfrarot, nicht sichtbar. Dringt über die Dermis hinaus ein. |
Mit den vier Kombinationen lassen sich Rot und Nahinfrarot für eine Standardsitzung gemeinsam nutzen oder bei Bedarf Blau oder Gelb hinzunehmen. Jede Kombination läuft in drei Helligkeitsstufen.
Bedienung
Alles wird über die mitgelieferte Handfernbedienung eingestellt: Wellenlängenkombination, Helligkeitsstufe und Sitzungsdauer. Die voreingestellten Timer laufen von 5 bis 30 Minuten, und das Panel schaltet sich am Ende der Sitzung ab.

Halo oder ein RLF-Panel?
Das Halo ist für das Gesicht und kleine Bereiche gedacht, aus der Nähe und häufig angewendet. Die Gesichtshaut ist dünner und empfindlicher, daher hat das Halo eine geringere Bestrahlungsstärke als ein Panel. Wer Schultern, ein Gelenk oder eine größere Fläche behandeln möchte, findet im RLF750 das kompakte Panel der RLF-Reihe mit dem vollen Set aus sieben Wellenlängen; aus größerem Abstand eignet es sich auch gut für das Gesicht.

I am very impressed with the Halo LED. Prompt delivery with excellent packaging. The Halo box is of high quality so is good for storage. The product itself is of high quality and very easy to set up and use. I like that it has different colour LED lights so you can easily flick between them, depending on your individual concern.
I bought the Halo for severe eczema and arthritis in my hands and it really has made such a difference when used consistently. It has also been used within the household for a muscle tear and planter fasciitis.

Everything about this product is high quality. The versatility of the halo is what attracted me to it the most. I love that everyone in my household can use it for different purposes and body parts. The hygienic non-contact use of the product is also very user friendly and practical.
