L'RLF3000 è il pannello a corpo intero della gamma Dermfix RLF. Alto 150 cm e largo 42 cm, copre un adulto in piedi dalle spalle alle caviglie in un'unica posizione – prima il fronte, poi il retro. Nulla va riposizionato a metà sessione e nessuna zona viene trattata due volte per errore.
Utilizza la stessa tecnologia a sette lunghezze d'onda del resto della gamma. Le dimensioni maggiori portano più area trattata per sessione e comandi più completi, con 11 modalità preimpostate e tre programmi salvabili dall'utente.
Potenza misurata
90 mW/cm² a 15 cm, misurata con uno spettrometro Hopoocolor OHSP350IR.
Lunghezze d'onda
Sette lunghezze d'onda su 600 LED a doppio chip, ciascuna regolabile in modo indipendente dallo 0 al 100%:

Le lunghezze d'onda possono essere usate singolarmente o in combinazione. La maggior parte degli utenti usa insieme rosso e vicino infrarosso; il canale blu è separato e non è necessario per una sessione standard.
Comandi
Il touchscreen sul pannello e il telecomando offrono le stesse funzioni. L'intensità è regolabile dallo 0 al 100% per ciascuna lunghezza d'onda. La frequenza di pulsazione nel vicino infrarosso è regolabile da 0 a 9999 Hz. Il timer va da 1 a 30 minuti e spegne il pannello al termine della sessione.
Undici modalità preimpostate sono già caricate. Ognuna è una combinazione fissa di lunghezze d'onda e intensità, così una routine parte con una sola selezione invece di impostare sette canali a mano ogni volta. Tre slot aggiuntivi restano liberi per voi: impostate i canali come preferite, salvate e richiamate in seguito. Su un pannello a corpo intero usato da più persone o per più routine, avere le impostazioni memorizzate anziché ricostruite a ogni sessione è ciò che lo rende pratico nell'uso quotidiano.
I LED sono privi di sfarfallio, caratteristica importante se il pannello viene usato nella stessa stanza di una telecamera o da persone sensibili alla modulazione della luce.

Montaggio
Con 150 cm e 21,5 kg l'RLF3000 è un pannello da supporto a pavimento. Quattro supporti lo accolgono:

La luce è potere
Solid, well-built panel that simply works. It runs long sessions without heat issues and without any drop in output, and the treatment area is large enough to cover the whole front of the body at a sensible distance instead of having to move around in front of it.
Setup was straightforward and it is easy to operate, also for people who have never used red light before. No fiddling, no manual needed after the first time.
The advice before buying was honest. We were told plainly which model would be enough for our purpose rather than being pushed to the most expensive one. Delivery to Portugal was fast and well tracked, and every question was answered the same day.
No regrets, we are planning to buy more.
Very happy with this red light panel. Actually I would say better than expected for the price, and feels like already having a positive effect on my muscles and skin. Would recommend.

I am very happy with the unit, but only giving 4 stars because I just wish it had been a bit cheaper really. It was a lot of money, so I just hope it lasts but I guess 3 year warrnaty is better than the usual 2 you get :-)=

Ich verwende das Panel seit ca. 14 Tagen mit fast täglicher Anwendung. Bis jetzt hat mich alles rundum überzeugt: Bestellabwicklung, schnelle Lieferung und die sehr sichere Verpackung bei einem so großen Gerät. Die Verarbeitung wirkt äußerst hochwertig und stabil. Besonders positiv finde ich die gleichmäßige Ausleuchtung des ganzen Körpers. Erste Effekte bei Muskelverspannungen sind bereits spürbar, und ich gehe davon aus, dass sich die Wirkung weiter verstärkt.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät!
Angeschafft habe ich es mir vorerst zur Unterstützung der Muskeln nach dem Sport, bin aber in den letzten 2 Wochen dazu übergegangen es in meine Morgenroutine mit einzubauen und habe zumindest das Gefühl dass ich energiegeladener bin. Werde es auf jeden Fall weiterhin benutzen und weiterempfehlen!
I have had this Dermfix RLF3000 unit for nearly a month and it’s been a game changer in our house! I use whenever I have a spare 10 minutes and it seems very powerful, and I feel I have more energy after using. Seems a good robust construction so hoping it lasts a good few years!!

I use my evening routine of about 10 minutes of red light therapy and wouldn't want to miss this moment of relaxation. The Dermfix red light panel appears to be very well made, was incredibly easy to set up, and I hope to enjoy it for a long time.
