De Dermfix Halo is een contactloos ledpaneel voor gezicht, hals en kleinere lichaamszones. Anders dan een masker ligt het niet op de huid: het paneel staat op zijn standaard op korte afstand van het gezicht. Er is dus geen druk op de huid, er hoeft niets schoongemaakt te worden tussen gebruikers en het is net zo makkelijk te gebruiken op hals, decolleté, handen of een gewricht als op het gezicht.
Het is het kleinste apparaat in het Dermfix-assortiment en het enige dat is opgebouwd rond een huidverzorgingsset van golflengten in plaats van de zeven-golflengtentechniek van rood en nabij-infrarood in de RLF-panelen. Waar een RLF-paneel een lichaamszone behandelt, is de Halo bedoeld voor dagelijks gebruik op het gezicht.
Golflengten
Vier golflengten over 240 leds, te kiezen in vier combinaties via de afstandsbediening:

| 590nm | Geel, zichtbaar. Wordt geabsorbeerd in de bovenste huidlagen. |
| 630nm | Rood, zichtbaar. Wordt geabsorbeerd in de opperhuid en de bovenste laag van de lederhuid. |
| 850nm | Nabij-infrarood, niet zichtbaar. Dringt door tot voorbij de lederhuid. |
Met de vier combinaties kunt u rood en nabij-infrarood samen gebruiken voor een standaardsessie, of blauw of geel erbij nemen wanneer gewenst. Elke combinatie werkt op drie helderheidsniveaus.
Bediening
Alles wordt ingesteld met de meegeleverde afstandsbediening: golflengtecombinatie, helderheidsniveau en sessieduur. De vooringestelde timers lopen van 5 tot 30 minuten en het paneel schakelt aan het einde van de sessie uit.

Halo of een RLF-paneel?
De Halo is voor het gezicht en kleine zones, van dichtbij en vaak gebruikt. De huid van het gezicht is dunner en gevoeliger, daarom heeft de Halo een lagere bestralingssterkte dan een paneel. Wilt u schouders, een gewricht of een groter gebied behandelen, dan is de RLF750 het compacte paneel in de RLF-serie met de volledige set van zeven golflengten; op grotere afstand werkt het ook goed voor het gezicht.

I am very impressed with the Halo LED. Prompt delivery with excellent packaging. The Halo box is of high quality so is good for storage. The product itself is of high quality and very easy to set up and use. I like that it has different colour LED lights so you can easily flick between them, depending on your individual concern.
I bought the Halo for severe eczema and arthritis in my hands and it really has made such a difference when used consistently. It has also been used within the household for a muscle tear and planter fasciitis.

Everything about this product is high quality. The versatility of the halo is what attracted me to it the most. I love that everyone in my household can use it for different purposes and body parts. The hygienic non-contact use of the product is also very user friendly and practical. My skin and lower back have benefited from the near infrared light and I recommend the halo to everyone looking for a light therapy device.
I love this device, I can see the difference in my skin from one use. With consistent use my skin is smoother, more even toned and fine lines appear to be reduced. I also use it on my body sometimes if I'm suffering from any dry skin/blemishes
